Description Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic (pain reliever) that is readily soluble in water. It is used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. When I try to stop I get really bad flu symptoms and they told me it would go away after a few weeks but after 2 months I still had them and ended up taking Tramadol (one a day) just to stop the flu.
