Dealing With Your Pet's Pain:
Severe Acute and Chronic Pain

How should I take tramadol? Take tramadol exactly as it was prescribed for you. Do not take it in larger doses or for longer than recommended by your doctor. Follow the directions on your prescription label. Do not take more than 300 milligrams of tramadol in one day. Take this medication with a full glass of water.
